Pacquiao’s camp seemed to have moved on fairly quickly once the Pacquiao vs. Mayweather Jr. bout was cancelled. They immediately found a legit welterweight, which is arguably something that Mayweather Jr. has yet to face since moving up to the division.
On the other hand, Mayweather and GBP’s camp can’t seem to stop bashing and talking about Pacquiao. Talking about how Pacquiao should agree on the Olympic style testing, if he has nothing to hide and that Mosley, who is rumored to face Mayweather sometime in May will have no qualms in accepting any type of testing.
I thought Mayweather Jr. was the face of boxing and he’s the real draw. Yet, they seem to be constantly using Pacquiao’s name to promote Mayweather’s next fight and keep the latter relevant.
Is it even relevant to Pacquiao, if Mosley agrees or not to Mayweather’s terms?
Mosley doesn’t have the star power or leverage that Mayweather or Pacquiao have. In negotiations with either fighter, he basically almost has to agree on Mayweather or Pacquiao’s terms. If he doesn’t then, he won’t get the chance to fight the two fighters considered the best pound for pound and make the amount of money that goes when fighting one of the two. Pacquiao or Mayweather can make a significant amount of money fighting basically anyone and Mosley can’t.
Also, Mosley has a history of using performance enhancing drugs; although he said he used it ‘unknowingly.’ If he doesn’t agree on the testing, then his legacy will be put into question and those people, who gave him the benefit of the doubt in regards to his excuse, will now be forced to question his credibility.
Yet, Sugar ‘Shame’ Mosley had the audacity to question Pacquiao when the latter wouldn’t agree on Mayweather’s terms. Mosley is a great fighter and I give him the benefit of the doubt that he is clean, but for him to question Pacquiao is nothing short of laughable
Who’s more questionable? A fighter, who has never tested for any illegal substance, that doesn’t agree on a testing procedure that has never been part of his routine or been forced upon another fighter or a fighter who had used performance enhancing drugs only to say that he used it ‘unknowingly.’ If I should believe the latter part, then I might as well believe that Margarito didn’t have any knowledge of his trainer putting a plaster in his gloves.
Furthermore, he is part of GBP, who had been one of the main players in requiring Pacquiao to take a non-mandatory testing procedure. If he doesn’t agree and GBP do not force him to take the Olympic style testing, then it would put GBP’s intention into question in relation to Pacquiao.
Mosley agreeing on the testing procedure being mandated by Mayweather Jr. has no relevancy in accordance to Pacquiao. Just make the fight happen between Mosley and Mayweather, while proving that you do not need Pacquiao’s name to promote a fight between the second and third best fighters pound for pound in the sport.

Here is my prediction if this fight will materialize. Split decision in favour of Mayweather. Mosley will not try his best to KO Mayweather (eventho he can). Business wise, it not OK to kill the guy who can bring much money vs PacMan at later time. This is going to be a controlled fight. Its gonna be for a show like WWE.

If this fight between Mayweather and Mosley will really happen that’s good for Floyd at least even shaking he already got the balls to fight Mosley but to be honest I still don’t believe this will happened until they both step in the ring. Saying considered done deal is different when they step on the ring. The fight with Pacman is already done deal but what happen? And also May 1 is still a long way to go, many unseen and unexpected things still can happen.

Floyd Mayweather Jr will and GBP need to put all Floyd’s opponents under Olympic-style drug-testing to weaken them coz Floyd got brittle hands and no power punch… this is to even the playing field.. Floyd must’ve been assured by GBP that his opponent must be drawn blood a day into the fight or the day of the fight… Floyd can’t hurt his opponents and this is the only way possible to take away the knockout power punches of Floyd’s opponents and maintain Floyd’s immaculate record running all 12 rounds and be declared the winner.. stupid GBP!!!

good observation that Mosley and Mayweather have been using Pacquiao to promote their fight, a fight whihc has not been sealed and delivered. Mayweather may not fight Mosley at all because he does not qualify as a boxer listed in Mayweather’s “boxers for Floyd Jr’s cherry-picking”. Assuming Mayweather signs the fight contract, do you think he will not come up with alibi so that the fight will not take place ever?

If i were manny Pacquiao,i will not fight floyd under his rules regarding his demand in drug testing,a random blood testing..unless if it is ruled by the COMISSION..I think floyd is nowhere to go this time,he has no way out,all boxing fans eyes and attention is now on him if he will really fight Mosley..He’s being called as COWARD,RUNNER,DUCKER,CHICKEN..He must now face and show to this people he is not…

The mosley-mayweather fight is just a show for GBP. They use it as a bait to lure pacquiao into thier terms. They are telling the people that there is a random blood testing but the the truth is there’s none. After all, Oscar’s real reason is to put pacman down because of envy and jealousy.. Hey Oscar, you had more than what you ask for. You did very well as a boxer, maybe its time to do good as a MAN. Life is short Oscar.

if the fight contract between gayweather vs. mosley indeed includes a provision calling for a mandatory olympics style blood testing,,then the boxing world wanted to know if xylocaine or any similar pain killing drug is included in such mandatory testing? if not, then obviously it is another cherryfloyd show and that contract is full of sham and hypocrisy..include xylocaine and other pain killing drugs in that contract!!!

Mosley will agree on anything Floyd, jr and GBP will impose on him. Not because he like to but because being promoted by the same company, he has to. This must happen (and the blood testing too!) to save many faces on the Mayweather’s camp. By this event, GBP is sending a strong signal and at the sane time pre-empting the next renegotiation with Pacquiao hence we can say Mosley will defintely lose on this fight!!

I’ll only believe this if the fight has truly taken place. PBF will find a way to duck this fight like hurting himself just before the fight can take place. I’ll bet you his injury during his preparation for his bout with Marquez on their first date will re-surface. Then that will be it for this non-event. Let’ level the playing field then. Let the Nevada or Boxing Commission devise a random urine and blood testing procedure FOR ALL CHAMPIONSHIP ( or all, if possible) BOXING BOUTS and not just one fighter acting as if he is very special and demaning that his opponents submit to tests that he himself had devised. In this case, no boxer will feel that he is being singled out just on the mere suspicion that he might be using PEDs when there is no proof of it yet. It will be DISCRIMINATORY to do it on some but not the others, especially if it’s just based on some unsubstantiated allegations. In the work industry, all workers who hold Safety Sensitive positions, like Air Traffic controllers or Airline pilots, are subject to random urine drug test. To do it on some but not others will be unfair and subject to charges, and even lawsuits, as being discriminatory.

Mosley will agree to all the demands of PBF because he needs this fight to have a chance on a much bigger purse who is Manny Pacquiao.
Drug testing he has to because he is an accepted user in the past.
However, I still doubt this match will come to reality. As you scribes have been saying PBF is a smart fighter and a business person, if he(PBF) loses this fight he will lose the chance for the purse of a lifetime. It will be like a double slap on his face when he loses. MP will face Mosley and MP will be laughing at him for missing the biggest fight. Miguel Cotto have already beaten Mosley and Floyd doesn’t even want to step in the ring with Cotto. Pacquiao was smart/game enough to fight and win by TKO against Cotto. Therefore, Floyd is still in a no-win situation and that’s the main reason why Pacquiao is still the top dog in his weight class. FYI to Floyd - it’s still about legacy and bragging rights.

Not my words but definitely a thought worth evoking…
Even as a Fraud hater, I’d still see it. Won’t pay for it though but will gladly watch it ‘Streaming’ from some unknown reaches of the Internet in between watching hockey games. One thing I can say is how cordial these negotiations seem to appear. I don’t think we’ve heard the end of it though. There’s lots of time for an episode of ‘The Mayweathers’ to show their inherit traits. Should be a good one if memory serves me right… Shame Mosely can’t complain. I’m curious as to what the split is on this so called ‘deal’. Maybe he’s told by that Back Stabber Oscar to take it easy on Fraud. His hands are brittle and he is the key to a batter pay-day than Mosely will bring with Packy. Who knows. Who cares. I’m almost pretty sure there’s a slew of corruption in that event. Judges as we speak are gettin wined and dined by the right talker or big wallet guy. Hmmm… Hasn’t had a fight in a LONG time so without huge endorsements, he’s just happy to get in. Who wouldn’t be.
It’ll be interesting to see how Fraud with his brittle hands retaliate to Shame’s power punches. These two fighters deserved to be tested rigorously and not pacquiao. Shane is a proven steroid user and floyd is a cheater in weight and a xylocaine user to numb his hands. That is enough to raise suspicion that they will do everything to gain an unfair advantage to their opponent. Therefore this fight will be the fight of two cheaters in the game. Who will emerge as the best cheater of all time?! I bet mayweather would like to add that to his 0. Mayweather tries to discredit pacquiaos achievement by insunating that the only way he acn succeed is by the use of drugs. That is plain jealousy and envious that an asian boxer is greater than him and dominating boxing. He says pacquiao started as and ordinary boxer and became extra ordinary! what a lameduck! pacquiao went straight to professional boxing and had to fight tough and best boxers along the way to earn money and respect. Mayweather looks extraordinary in his early fights because he was forced fed with bum boxers as he is protected by his promoters, pacquiao does not have the same protection early in his career. Mayweather said he wants to clean up boxing, why did he keep silent when mosley was found using steroids? and did not ask marquez to have blood test? what a hypocrite! what is he scared of pacquiao who he said is ordinary and one dimensional? He is afraid that pacquiao will reconfigure his face! hahaha and oscar why does he hide his NSAC test results? what is he hiding? why not sign a waiver to disclose it? and again why did they not said anything when mosley was found cheating? It’s interesting to see the change in tune for Fraud. He’s so jealous of what Manny’s accomplished at the short time he’s been at the top. Fraud can’t stand the fact that Pacman has made some very smart decisions throughout his career. The feeling of envy is thick and hardly transparent in Frauds actions.
In the past Fraud became known as ‘The’ one to watch. Not for his skills but for his actions outside the ring. It was comical at times. The show boating was never ending. The ridiculous proof of money wasted on the personal quick satisfaction such as 450 grrr cars. Segways in the house, gigantic mansion here, there. It reminds me of the stories I hear when poor people win the lottery and blow it all away only to find out in a years time they owe more than they had. Bad money management skills and ultimately bad parenting. After all we are a product of our environment, right… And hell ya, I’d be a liar if I didn’t say I was a bit envious of people who had so much money they can count out Millions on Youtube for the world to watch. I wonder if that video is used by the I.R.S. in their case against Fraud ? That’s an agency I wouldn’t fuk with coz you know dam well that if you don’t appease those weasels, they’ll be watching every move/transaction you make for the rest of your life.
The spotlight was bright for Fraud for awhile till he got a wiff of how Manny conducts his bizzz. This is where I see a change in Frauds ways. C’mon. It’s been over a month since we’ve heard form Fraud calling out Manny sayin he’d ‘whoop his ass’. That was one of the last times he has been quoted as Fraud just being who else…a Fraud. Now he wants to help Haiti after their horrible catastrophe. He wants to help the less fortunate. What tha…?!?! Uhh, I see a bit of a pattern here and someone’s all of a sudden got a dose of ‘HumblePie’. If Fraud is sincere of being a changed man, then I’m all for it. I’ll miss the clown act though. I still don’t buy it. I’m from the school of a ‘Leopard doesn’t change it’s spots’ class. This will be a smoke show. The magic wand he uses to deflect ‘eyes off of HIM’ So he can Xylocaine his hands…
Since then I’ve read bits and pieces of random goofiness from his camp but nothing like in the past. We did have Doctor Uncle Roger talking about this A-Side Meth thing. But that quickly blew away. Why again, just as in the past. Like ALL the ridiculous hypothetical accusations from the Fraud and GBP camp. There’s no proof or merit to any of it. NONE. Has anyone produced ANYTHING yet that proves their claims. How about the fact that these performance enhancing drugs don’t help you in the ring. Go ahead and input names here coz I don’t remember who all were caught and admit-tingly claimed they did or were on Roids. But the way Manny conducts his bizz outside the ring, I can’t buy that he’s ever been on anything besides sheer hard work and determination. Manny should be an example of ‘How to’ become great. Instead Fraud and his crew decides that they would taint that image. In actuality, I don’t think those Ghetto guys are that smart. They got lucky with finding a reason to derail the fight. Manny’s on a roll and he’s pretty much unstoppable at this point. I see the play now though. ‘Headgames’. Enough said…
At least as fans we see that boxing isn’t dead and it’ll give Dana White and his crew a reason to respect some of boxing legends that are being made today.

By Mosley and GBP agreeing to extra testing means that they all agree that Mosley is a cheater!!!
GBP did not want Mosley to under go extra testing with the Zab Juda negotiation, GBP claiming because Mosley was not a cheater.

Yeah! Mosley will accept all terms made by floyd jr in order make the fight happen. Mosley needs money eventhough he give 20%-25% share. He is hungry the big big fight coz he is a future Hall of Retired King of Steriods! Floyd are no options of fighting real liget welterweight fighter. The only fighter can make a huge amount of money is only fighting pacquiao.
Floyd sr. has no comments to mosley eventhough mosley used steriods before. I will not buy ppv tickets or watch live this fight coz i know floyd will run throughout 12 rounds. I think this fight can only generate 800,000 ppv.
